We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases of Oniro Pro. This Policy explains how refunds work, when you are eligible, and what happens to your access and data after a refund.
By purchasing Oniro Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases of Oniro Pro. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, regardless of the reason.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund

- Email address used for purchase
- Order number or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional)
3.2 Refund Request Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will:
- Verify your purchase and eligibility within 1-2 business days
- Confirm receipt of your refund request via email
- Process the refund if you meet the eligibility criteria
- Notify you once the refund has been processed
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24-48 hours during business days.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Processing Timeline
Once your refund is approved, we will process it immediately. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: 5-10 business days
4.2 Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the full amount of your one-time payment for Oniro Pro, including any applicable taxes that were charged at the time of purchase.
4.3 Currency and Fees
Refunds will be processed in the same currency as your original purchase. We do not charge any processing fees for refunds. However, your payment provider or bank may apply currency conversion fees or other charges, for which we are not responsible.
If your original payment was processed through a merchant of records, the refund will be processed through the same merchant of records system.
5. Web Panel Access After Refund
5.1 Immediate Access Termination
Upon approval and processing of your refund, your access to the Oniro Pro web panel will be immediately terminated. This includes:
- Access to download the Shopify theme
- Access to the theme updater service
- Access to tutorials and documentation
- All web panel account features
5.2 Account Closure
Your web panel account will be closed, and you will no longer be able to log in or access any services associated with Oniro Pro.
5.3 Data Retention
After your refund is processed, we will retain your account data for 30 days for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes. After this 30-day period, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.
5.4 Removal of Shopify Theme
You are required to remove the Oniro Pro Shopify theme from your Shopify store upon receiving a refund. Continued use of the Shopify theme after a refund constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in legal action.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago (outside the guarantee period)
- Violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Using one license on multiple Shopify stores
- Reselling or redistributing Oniro Pro
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized modification
- Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes initiated in bad faith
- Abuse of the refund policy (repeated refund requests for the same or similar purchases)
If you have violated our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to deny your refund request and may take additional action as permitted by law.
7. Partial Refunds
Generally, we do not offer partial refunds for Oniro Pro purchases. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical issues that prevent partial functionality
- Billing errors on our part
- Special circumstances approved by our support team
We may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you purchased multiple licenses and wish to refund only some of them, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Each license purchase is treated as a separate transaction, and refunds will be processed per license if you have multiple purchases.
8. Refund Exceptions
8.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with Oniro Pro, we encourage you to contact our support team first. Many technical issues can be resolved through support, and we are committed to helping you successfully use the Shopify theme. However, if technical issues cannot be resolved and prevent you from using Oniro Pro as intended, you are eligible for a refund within the 30-day period.
8.2 Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.
